October is my favorite month  
Went to see Elizabethtown today w/ my roomie [info]kamokasan and it was good!!!

Orly was pretty, Kirsten Dunst was spazzy, it was concluded that boys cannot dance w/o being spazzy, VERRRRRRRY cute movie!!!! :)All must go see!!! Seriously Dawnie, go see it!

And it cemented my theory that October is the best month of the year! I mean really, the temps are usually great, not too hot, not too cold, (even back home as it's our rainy season then), the leaves turn pretty colours if ur in an area where they do that. This year fall break was in October and all the good movies come out in my month, Elizabethtown, Serenity (okay it came out the day b4 October started, but we watched it at the midnight showing so it was technically October) My birthday is in October and who doesn't like presents?! (This coming Fri btw, amazon has my wishlist, *wink, wink, nudge, nudge*. (I'm just kidding guys)) and then! We finish off with Halloween which is my favorite holiday! You get to dress up in weird clothing and get candy for free, I mean seriously? What could be better! AND You get to tell ghost stories and watch horror movies, and be spazzy in general!! What could be more fun? October is definitely the best month!

Yay, someone else who saw Elizabethtown! I was so impressed by that movie...I went into it with such low expectations, and it actually turned out to be pretty good.

It was indeed very cute! And amazingly enough Orly got to be a main character and not just pretty scenery :)

Indeed! The critics seem to think he can't carry a lead role, but I'd have to disagree--he was a little out of it, but that's what the character called for, so I think he played it well.

I agree! His character was supposed to be a little bit not there. My only complaint was I wasn't sure how he cost the company approximately a BILLION dollars, but I can live with that. And he did a great job w/ the american accent, he only slipped up once that I caught. I liked him in it, he wasn't oscar worthy or anything, but he was good :)

Elisabethtown was a good movie...i saw it the day it opened..i laffed, i cried (damn it
) and was reminded of how i miss and love my dads family.
Also i find fall to be my favorite season...great earthy time. good weather...and yay for libras!

Ahh, you must mean the "MeenaKasha" moniker.

Yes, truthfully I was a vampire chronicles fan up to the "Queen of the Damned", but Kasha, or actually "Cassia" as it's spelled was my great-great grandmother's name.

I've not read any of the vampire chronicles except Queen of the Damned, but I liked the Twins storyline so it's always stuck with me :)

I SO NEED TO GO SEE ELIZABETHTOWN!!!!! I'm so jealous of the people who have already seen it, man!

And October is my favorite month too! For all the reasons you stated, babe, preach on!!!! I wish it would never end! (Well except Fall break since I don't get one anymore, lol)
